    Great class today nice turn out as usual, one comment, I suggest that when you’re coming in for Crossfit leave your rings at home, wedding bands, engagement ring and anything of that sort, they are going to get in the way of your work-out, by pinching your fingers, and by not letting you get a good grip of the bar and you might lose them too.
