Snatch Grip Deadlift – 3, 3 reps
Clean Grip Deadlift (aka conventional deadlift) – 3, 3 reps
Sumo Deadlift – 3, 3 reps
Add weight for each set. Each exercise should also allow significantly more weight to be used than the last exercise.
