    Thinking about our next DCF dinner. No kids this time. Saturday night so trainers can go (sorry Luca!!!). Either June, 6, 13, 20 or 27??? Please let me know what night is best for everyone??? I have a few places in mind??? Any suggestions??? Dancing too???

    JJ you better get an inhaler. WOD C was yours. Good luck to Darren to try and score this and a big thanks to him and any other contributors for making the WODs. To everyone who competed great job and we would be lucky to have any of you on our team (even Craig) when it comes to gametime. To any of you who to put it lightly “opted out” for no good reason, Crossfit is made for opportunites like this, to compete and see how your training has faired and where it faulters. If you make it then great if not then back to the drawing board to minimize weaknesses. I hope that we will continue to hold these events and those of you who are able to compete should also be willing, there is no rush like getting in front of a crowd and working out. The job now is to get the people who do “make the team” games ready, which means that everyone needs to be dialed in with nutrition, sleep, following a strict workout process with olympic lifting, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, endurance, and oddball training (sandbag, uneven weight, keg carries, etc.) Everyone keep up on these people and don’t let them have any room to breath.

    Today was great! Thanks for having the BBQ and allowing us to choose our workout in honor of one of the Heros. I went through the workouts last night and I found one that did not have any running, “Randy”, but since I have only done the snatch once I was nervous. Thanks to Craig’s great teaching I felt super comfortable with the snatch. Thanks again Craig and everyone at DCF for setting up such a nice day!

    Jorgy, I loved what you said above, thank you for your honesty. It is exactly why I do these opportunities because someday I might not be able to. I don’t ever want to look back and say “I should of, would of, could of.” I want my daughter to remember her mama doing these crazy opportunities.

    Thank you to Darren and JJ for making this team qualifier competitive and fun!!! All these events make us a tighter DCF family. This team event is what DCF is about!!!
