100′ OH plate walk (Advanced: 45lbs, Intermediate*: 25lbs, Novice: 15lbs)

Coaching Tips: Get yourself focused for the strict press. These will be very difficult in later rounds. Keep arms/elbows locked out during the OH walk so that you save all your pressing power for the strict press.
