141115 Saturday – Deuces Wild Comp this Weekend!
The Deuces Wild Competition is this weekend. Saturday will be the women’s teams and Sunday the men’s. Come down and cheer these athletes on, or better yet help volunteer or judge. There will be NO classes in Pleasant Hill this weekend so head over to Alamo, Benicia, or Pleasanton. If you are headed to Alamo make sure you reserve your spot Before you show up.
Mobility: Ankle Mobility (After Jerk Practice)
Skill Practice Warm Up: Spend 10 minutes working up to a challenging Split or Push Jerk from the rack.
Workout: “Green Light” – 4 Rounds For Time.
6 Jerks (Advanced: 135lbs, Intermediate*: 83lbs, Novice: 53lbs)
12 Back Squats (Same)
