Workout: Push Press  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 

Metabolic Conditioning Workout:

As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes -

4 dumbbell strict presses –one in each hand-(Advanced: 45lbs, Intermediate*: 25lb, Novice: 15lb)

4 dumbbell push presses4 dumbbell push jerks
