Remember that we use the whiteboard to ensure that our workouts are designed and scaled correctly. If you do not list your score, you are skewing the results and making it harder for us to keep improving our program!
This is especially true for people at the “bottom” of the performance scale. If the bottom 2 people of every class don’t log their scores, then we will have a situation where the coaches believe that the workouts are too easy! And then we will continue to make the workouts more challenging!
Make sure you log your workouts on the whiteboard and on BTWB. Help us continue to improve our program!

6 months at DCF, I’ve never once thought a workout was too easy. I’d say the programming is excellent. Especially the scaling guide and showing about how any rounds/how much time it should take to finish. That really helps
I have an excuse! That was a rest day before NC Masters and didn’t WOD (just warmed up and did skill work with the class)!
Always post your scores – the good, the bad and the ugly. Letting it all hang out is all part of getting better.
I didn’t know you guys were paying attention to the scores written on the actual white board! I will write mine down from now on.
