Mobility: Shoulder Mobility.
Skill Practice Warm Up: Using a moderate weight, for 4 minutes – each minute on the minute (EMOTM) perform 3 dumbbell presses, 3 dumbbell push presses, and then 3 dumbbell push jerks. Use a single dumbbell in one hand, and switch when one side is done (complete both hands in the minute).
Workout: “Playground Ninja” – As many rounds as possible in 13 minutes.
Broad jump 50 feet, counting reps to complete the distance each round
50 foot bear crawl back to your starting position
For every ‘rep’ of broad jump, perform a rep of supine ring rows
Scaling Guide: 5 – 9 rounds
