Mobility:  Shoulder Mobility.


Skill Practice Warm Up:  Ring dip and muscle up drills.


Workout:  Split Jerk

7 x 2

Metabolic Conditioning Workout:  “Hungry Like the Wolf” – As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes.

8 toes to bar

8 burpees

8 left hand dumbbell power snatches (Advanced: 45lbs, Intermediate*: 30lbs, Novice: 20lbs)

8 right hand dumbbell power snatches

Scaling Guide:  3 – 6 rounds

*Women’s “As Prescribed” weights and reps (Rx)
