15 Squats

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 One legged squats, alternating

15 Pull-ups

Post your choice of girls and rounds completed to comments.

Another option is to do ‘Explosive Cindy’.

5 clapping pull ups

10 clapping or chest slapping push ups

15 jumping squats or jumps over box

Explosive movements place a much higher demand on the body. Explosive Cindy is much harder than her regular form, but many sports demand explosive movents that cannot be developed using slow form only.

    15 jumps over a 22″ high 18″ wide box (jumping over from side to side).

    10 rounds plus 2 clapping pull ups.
