With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    Started with dead hang weighted pull ups +30lbs (BW 190)

    Got through seven rounds, then had to switch to unweighted pull ups (aka kipping).

    Got to 17 plus 8 reps.

    Last time I got to 17 rounds and got a rip in both hands. I was on the same 2.5″ square bar, but I wussed out and wore gloves this time.
