What!? You don’t have a Rower?

Try chaning the rows to Sumo Deadlift High pulls (SDHP) with the same bar (45lbs for guys, 30lbs for gals). A reminder: SDHP, starts at the shin and you bring the bar up to just below the chin, keeping your elbows above the bar.

    So…the gym is closed (meaning, the childcare part) so it looks like I’m gonna do this one tomorrow AM.

    Thinking of trying burpee countdown from 20, superset with pushups. thoughts?
