CANCELLATION & SUSPENSION POLICY
Questions regarding Diablo CrossFit’s cancellation or suspension policies should be emailed to email@example.com.
- Please email your cancellation request by the 25th of the month in order to guarantee cancellation. Monthly Memberships automatically charge your account on the 1st of each month, your auto-payment agreement will be terminated once you have emailed us and receive confirmation. You may continue to attend classes until the end of the month.
- Annual Pre-Paid Memberships are Non-Refundable.
- Drop-Ins, 1 Week Passes, and 12 Packs are Non-Refundable. If your plans change, or you experience an unexpected life change, Diablo can extend the life of your Multi-Pack or Drop-In.
- We do not suspend Memberships. Diablo does not charge initiation fees. Thus, if you have a Monthly membership and are unable to continue for an extended period, you may cancel at any time*. When you return to Diablo, simply purchase another membership. Diablo does not provide refunds or credit for unused time.
