    About half of the first round were full ROM (to top of head) the rest were partial dip, followed by a complete negative for a 1 rep count.

    New PR 7:03 (Rob and Andrew definately motivated me, recent HSPU practice helped a lot as well).

    With 3 hours of sleep to boot!

    Finished up with some 20kg kb snatches and pull up work.
