Skill Practice Warm Up:  Talk about the differences between back squats and front squats.

Workout:  Back Squat

3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

Metabolic Conditioning Workout:   “Scurvy Crew” – As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes.

10 dumbbell hang squat cleans (Advanced: 45lbs, Intermediate*: 25lb, Novice: 15lb)

10 ring push ups

I think adult playgrounds are a great idea!  I just hope they look more like this “old time” gym or this MovNat training, and less like an inside-out globo gym.
