Coach / Physical Therapist
Jon is excited to teach people how to move better, get stronger safely, and return to the activities they love after injury. He enjoys teaching people about their own bodies so they can take ownership over their health and fitness.
Growing up, Jon was the kid who got out of breath playing soccer for 10 minutes. In high school and college, he dove head first into the world of endurance sports, with distance running and triathlons. He was repeatedly injured, so he decided to become a physical therapist to learn how to treat his own injuries! In 2014, Jon found CrossFit and fell in love with lifting heavy weights, running fast, and practicing handstands. He became a coach at San Francisco CrossFit to help teach others how do all of the movements he struggled with himself. Jon has since moved to the East Bay and joined the Diablo CrossFit Community to help share his knowledge with them.
