For time:

Run 1,600 meters (1 mile)

Handstand push ups (HSPUs), 21 reps

Run 800 meters (0.5 mile)

Handstand push ups, 15 reps

Run 400 meters (0.25 mile)

Handstand push ups, 9 reps

Can’t do HSPUs? Try doing dips or even regular push ups instead.
