50 Knees to elbows

50 Push press, 45 pounds

50 Back extensions

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

50 Burpees

50 Double unders

Possible substitutions: Broad jump for distance instead of box jump for height. Dumbell swing for Kettlebell swing (1 pood kb = 36lbs). Good mornings with 45lbs across shoulders for back extensions. Thrusters using 2 20lb dumbells for wall ball. Slalom jump (side to side) over 12 inch barrier for double unders.
