    HSPUs were top of head to floor for about half of the reps, the rest were a partial ROM then a full negative (counted as one rep).

    Dips were on parallel bars with 30lbs added.

    Push ups as RXed.

    There was some delay because I did this with two other people and we were sharing the parallel bars. I don’t know if this really affected my overall time though.

    Old time (from Oct 11, 05) I got more than 14 minutes. This time I did more full ROM HSPUs, and more weight on the dips and still beat my old time. My HSPUs are finally starting to get stronger.
