Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

OR (alternative for no Rack)

Overhead squat 5 reps, 4 sets

Front squat 5 reps, 4 sets

Back squat 5 reps, 4 sets

Weight power cleaned from ground each round. Try to increase the load on each of the 12 sets.

    Warmed up with pull ups on rings, and “Burgner warm up.”

    Modified Workout as Rx’ed.

    For me:

    OHS: 75,95,125,135(fail on last rep)
    FS: 135,145,155,155

    Backed off weight to enable the push press overhead to rack the bar on the traps

    BS: 75, 85, 95, 105

    Finished with HSPU practice and some Tabata push ups. My score was 15.
