Skill Practice Warm Up:  Box jump for max height.  Spend 5-10 minutes working up to a max height box jump.  Increase the distance in small increments, and make sure you are good and warmed up first!


Workout:  “Low Hanging Fruit” – As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

    This is precisely why you need to come to DCF you need to train like an animal! That way all that sitting around at work is recovery! And you can get rid of all your stress!
