Antonio handing out toes to bar like candy on Halloween. . . in the 80s. . . when we all worried about razor blades in our apples. . . and not so worried about cavities or diabetes.  -jj


Skill Practice Warm Up:  Box jump for max height.  Spend 5-10 minutes working up to a max height box jump.  Increase the distance in small increments, and make sure you are good and warmed up first!


Workout:  “Low Hanging Fruit” – As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
