Rest Day

Practice handstands and headstands. Place your head or hands approximately 12″ from a wall and kick up to a hand/head stand. Your back will be facing the wall, and let your feet help balance you.

How long can you stay up in a handstand? Can you do a one handed handstand? Can you get to a head or hand stand by not ‘kicking’ and slowly lifing your legs?
