Weighted Pull-ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps (10 singles)

Placing a dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles works great. Using a few plates with a rope or strap laced through them also works. Using a combination of the two might be required at heavier weights.

    30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 (chin juuust over bar, not collar bone to bar as the others).

    everything over 70 is a PR! Sweetness. Should have started heavier and got more reps at the higher weights.
