Six Weeks To Transform Your Body & Mind

Diablo CrossFit’s 6 Week Transformation Challenge (women only) is about building a better you: physically and mentally. We have created an incredible environment for fitness and nutrition that will change the way you think, move and eat. And, our Diablo community is unlike any other gym that you’ve experienced: welcoming, humble, friendly, supportive and fun. Fitness is a lifestyle, and in 6 weeks, if you commit, you will live our lifestyle and transform your body and mind.
3x a week for 6 weeks.
Our 6WT classes are one-hour long, three times a week, for six weeks. We limit our class size to 10 participants. Your coach will get to know you and your fitness very well. You’ll receive plenty of 1-on-1 attention as you learn the exercises and get comfortable with the workouts. Every class includes skill instruction, mobility & stretching, followed by a bootcamp-style workout. If there are movements that you cannot do, your coach will substitute or scale so that you get an awesome workout.
Build a fat-burning machine.
Your “basal metabolic rate” (BMR) is the amount of energy (calories) that your body “burns” in a day of normal activity. BMR increases when you improve your fitness and get stronger. When your BMR increases, and you improve your nutrition habits, you lose weight. Our program will help you do both.
Before you begin your workouts, we’ll test your “BMR” and your body composition – body fat % and skeletal muscle mass. This will be your baseline. Our InBody 570 machine is one of the most accurate body composition testing machines on the market and only takes a few minutes. At the end of your 6 weeks, we’ll test you again to show you your amazing results – and your new baseline!
You must commit to the program!
More than 500 people have participated in our transformation program. We have a lot of data. We know what works and..what does not. Most important of all, is a willingness to commit to the program. This is not a calorie-deprivation plan, nor a liquid diet, nor over-exertion workout system. We will provide you with a sensible, fun program that you can follow for life! But, you have to be willing to learn and commit to the first six-weeks. To participate in our program, you:
- Must be willing to come to all of the classes: 3x a week for 6 weeks.
- Must be willing to do the InBody test and take before & after pictures to document our program’s success (for you, not us)
- Must have the discipline to implement our nutrition plan. Our program is gradual, it is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
- Must enjoy working in a positive group environment. You will likely develop friendships to last a lifetime.
- Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is tough. We want people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
- This is not a weight loss only challenge. All transformations are welcome.
- Must be committed to making this change. This will not work if you do not commit. We want to see you reach your goals as much as you do.
- Must leave your ego and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work is respected. It is a humbling experience that we’ve all been through.
- Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best workout experience possible.
