Cole Gravitt

COACH

Cole was born in the East Bay Area and played baseball growing up. In High School, he graduated to football. He is also a full-time licensed electrician working with Contra Costa Electric.

Cole has been CrossFitting since 2016, starting at the impressive CrossFit Sweat Shop, then on his own in his garage gym During that time, he trained friends and family, which inspired him to seek his CrossFit Level 1 training certification. 

Cole says that “Joining Diablo was by far the best decision I’ve made for my fitness and I recommend everyone do the same!”

Cole is an incredibly positive, uplifting Coach and thrilled to be helping people get better at CrossFit and life.
