2. CHOOSE A “START-UP” PLAN THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

Diablo CrossFit’s Start-Up Packages are one-on-one introduction programs for CrossFit, Nutrition Coaching and Diablo Classes. They are designed for individuals of all levels of fitness experience. Our goal is to provide you the right fitness program that meets your abilities, your needs and your schedule. A Diablo Coach can help you choose the package that best meets your goals and experience. If you’re an experienced CrossFitter (at least 6 months), visit our memberships page

6 PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

  • 6 Start-Up Training Sessions with a Diablo Coach
  • Includes a comprehensive body measurement analysis on our InBody Machine
  • Couples: $448* 

Diablo’s basic Start-Up package includes 6 total sessions with a Diablo Coach. During the 6 Start-Up training sessions you will learn the foundational CrossFit movements we perform in class and you’ll be introduced to our training style. We recommend 3 sessions a week for 2 weeks.  In addition, we’ll provide an a comprehensive InBody body measurement analysis (weighing & measuring).  Your coach will also help you set meaningful fitness goals and build a plan and strategy to meet your goals.  

12 CUSTOM PRIVATE TRAINING SESSIONS

  • 12 Private Training Sessions with a Diablo Coach
  • First CrossFit class with a Diablo Coach partner
  • Customized workout programming for your abilities and experience
  • A gradual approach to CrossFit
  • Fitness and nutrition assessment meeting with a Diablo Coach
  • Includes a comprehensive body measurement analysis on our InBody Machine
  • Couples: $1,199*

Diablo’s Super Start-Up Package is a more gradual, customized approach to CrossFit. This option includes 12 one-on-one training sessions (3x a week for 4 weeks) that will optimally prepare you for our classes and build a solid conditioning base. Session 13 is your first CrossFit class – with your coach at your side. Your last session is a Fitness & Nutrition Assessment with a Diablo Coach and includes a comprehensive Inbody test.  Your coach will help you set meaningful fitness goals and build a plan and strategy to meet your goals.

3. READY FOR CLASS!

After your Start-Up is completed, you’ll need a membership for classes. Our memberships are simple: we offer Monthy and Annual pricing. We also provide discounts for married couples.
