Questions regarding Diablo CrossFit’s cancellation or suspension policies should be emailed to


  • Cancellations must be received in writing at our front desk by the 25th of the month in order to guarantee cancellation. Just stop by our front desk (Pleasant Hill) during business hours and complete and sign our “Membership Cancellation Request.” Your auto-payment agreement will be terminated as soon as we have received your written Membership Cancellation Request and your membership will terminate at end of the current month. You may attend classes & Open Gym until the last day of the current month.
  • Annual Pre-Paid Memberships are Non-Refundable.
  • Drop-Ins, 1 Week Passes, and 12 Packs are Non-Refundable. If your plans change, or you experience an unexpected life change, Diablo can extend the life of your Multi-Pack or Drop-In.


  • We do not suspend Memberships. Diablo does not charge initiation fees. Thus, if you have a Monthly membership and are unable to continue for an extended period, you may cancel at any time*.  When you return to Diablo, simply purchase another membership. Diablo does not provide refunds or credit for unused time.
