JACKSON MILLER
COACH
Jackson was born and raised right here in the East Bay. He spent his childhood pursuing his dreams of being an elite level swimmer and football player. As a youth athlete, Jackson developed a passion for the world of strength and conditioning while spending many hours under experienced coaches both locally and at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
After graduating from Las Lomas High School, he went on to compete on the Div 1 Indiana University Swim Team, where he achieved several accolades, including First Team D1 All-American At Indiana, Jackson set multiple school records, winning the BIG10 Conference Championship, and served as team captain for the NCAA Top 10 team.
After completing a 4-year collegiate career, Jackson began taking CrossFit classes at Diablo CrossFit in May of 2017. Immediately after starting, CrossFit became both a passion and a lifestyle. Jackson is now a CFL1 coach, competitive CrossFit athlete, and programs for, as well as coaching several of Diablo’s top competitive athletes. He has recently bridged his passion for high-level sports performance and strength training as head coach for Diablo’s Sport Performance Program. In 2023, Jackson captained Diablo’s CrossFit Games Regional Team in their 1st appearance at the Semi-Finals in 5 years!
