Monthly Auto-Pay Memberships
- Monthly memberships automatically renew each month.
- Diablo CrossFit does not suspend or freeze memberships.
- Monthly billing begins immediately
No-Fee Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail or in person at our front desk at least 5 days prior to renewal. Email info@diablocrossfit.com or stop by our front desk during business hours and complete our brief “Membership Cancellation Request.” Once we receive your cancellation request:
- Auto-billing will be terminated for the next billing cycle.
- You membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Diablo CrossFit does not suspend or freeze memberships.
- Cancellations within a 12-month period are subject to a $50 processing fee.
No Refunds.
When you are ready to commit, so are we. Annual Memberships, Drop-Ins, Events & Clinics are Non-Refundable and have expiration dates. Please check your receipt.
