No-Fee Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellations must be received in writing via e-mail or in person at our front desk at least 5 days prior to renewal in order to avoid a processing fee. Email [email protected] or stop by our front desk during business hours and complete our brief “Membership Cancellation Request.” Once we receive your cancellation request:

• Auto-billing will be terminated for the next billing cycle.
• You membership remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Diablo CrossFit does not suspend or freeze memberships.

Diablo CrossFit is a family-owned, small business. We make our membership process as easy as possible for our community – eliminating restrictive contracts and hidden fees. When you make a payment for your membership, you are contributing to wages for our top-tier coaches, equipment and facilities investments for members and operational expense payments to keep our business thriving. When you are ready to commit, so are we. Annual Memberships, Drop-Ins, Events & Clinics are Non-Refundable and have expiration dates. Please check your receipt.
