Diablo’s Coach Herald put together an impressive Instagram video clip promoting the CrossFit Open at Diablo. He “borrowed” the design from the popular Korean-based “Physical 100” series on NetFlix. Shortly after posting, the comments started and the views exploded – eventually becoming Diablo’s most viewed post of all-time: 156k+ views.

PLEASE HELP US REACH OUR GOAL ON JANUARY 14!! 

2026 is our 20th year of Affiliation with CrossFit – and we have set a goal to make it our BIGGEST year of participation ever in the Open with 300 registered. And, we want to go BIG on the FIRST DAY of Open Registration with 100 Open Registrations for Diablo CrossFit on January 14th!!  A big first day will tell the CrossFit world that Diablo is ALL IN for the Open.

PLEASE: mark your calendars for Wednesday, January 14th, and register for the 2026 CrossFit Open! Be sure to choose “Diablo CrossFit” as your affiliate.

If you’re no longer a member, but you still want to show support for The Open, for CrossFit and Diablo – please register for the Open and select Diablo CrossFit as your affiliate. Then, if you are able – drop-in at Diablo for one or all of our Friday Night Lights events and do the workout or, just celebrate the Open with us and cheer on our members! It’s going to be an epic 3 weeks and we’d love to have all of our community with us along the way.
