Christina was born and raised in Martinez, California. She is a graduate from Carondelet high school. Christina grew up swimming competitively on the Walnut Creek Aquabears, and is now currently a coach on the same team she grew up on.

Christina began CrossFit in 2016 at CrossFit Quake in Modesto, and first got her CrossFit level-1 in 2018. She started coaching at Quake soon afterwards, and continued coaching until 2021. Christina joined Diablo at the end of 2022 with her whole family ( husband and 2 teenagers). And, after a little bit of convincing, she renewed her CF-L1 certification. 

Her favorite part of coaching is watching all the new members realize their full potential and how amazing this community can be.
