INTRODUCING: DIABLO ONLINE!

The Pandemic of 2020 has certainly affected all of us. Our home and family routines and habits have been disrupted, forcing many of us to abandon or change our fitness routines. Diablo CrossFit reacted by creating and implementing online classes for our community. Over several months, we improved upon our programming, technology and coaching techniques in order to provide a high quality, at-home workout experience worthy of the Diablo name.

3 LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION

Our program has 3 levels of participation and can be completed with minimal equipment (see below) or, with no equipment: “Basic,” “Plus” and “All In!”.  Each level has different amounts of coach participation.

> Basic

Our Basic program includes 3 days a week of online classes led by a Diablo coach who will help you with movement and proper workout scaling to meet your abilities and fitness level. 

+ Plus

Our Plus program includes online classes plus a dedicated coach who will provide you with accessory workouts for your off-days as well as feedback on your progress.

√ All-In!

Our All-In! program provides you with a dedicated coach who with a customized workout program for you, regular feedback and coaching and a once-a-month in-person or online fitness assessment.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING APP

With ALL of our programs, you’ll have access to our SugarWOD workout tracking app to help you see and understand your progress from week-to-week – along with results from your fellow classmates.

ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE

  HIIT CLASS: MON – WED – FRI  (High Intensity Interval Training)

  > Morning: 7:00A & 8:30A 

  > Mid-Day: 11:00A & 12:00P

  > Evening: 6:00P

  FUNCTIONAL BODYBUILDING: WEDNESDAY

  > Mid-Day: 12:00P

  MOBILITY & STRETCH: THURSDAY

  > Evening: 6:00P 

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS

When you sign up with us, we’ll provide you with access to our class scheduling app whcih you’ll use to reserve your space in our online classes. If you’re going “All In”, your coach will reach out and provide you additional software access for your custom workouts and tracking. 

CLASS ACCESS

  1. Sign into class on your Diablo App
  2. Check your email for a link to your scheduled class
  3. Open the link on your mobile device or computer a few minutes before class starts.  

PRIVATE COACH ACCESS

  1. Download “TrueCoach” app
  2. Sign in & provide user name to your Diablo Coach
  3. Input results and upload videos as often as possible
  4. Provide text and/or email for direct contact

EQUIPMENT SUGGESTIONS

No equipment is required. However, if you’re ready to take your workouts to the next level, you might want to have the following items:

  • Pair of moderate weight dumbbells (Available in our ProShop)
  • Kettlebell
  • Rubber Resistance Band (Diablo has these in our ProShop)
  • Rings or Training Straps
  • Sturdy Box or Chair
  • Jump Rope

BEST PRACTICES

Online Classes Best Practices

  • Make sure your body is in frame.
  • Earbuds work best!
  • Keep your speaker volume up and your mic muted.
  • We’ll have music during your workout.
  • We’ll change what you see when you’re working out – rotating through various people.
  • Don’t be surprised if you show up on screen!
  • Ask questions and we’ll do our best to answer, but if we don’t its because we didn’t hear or it was overlapped with other questions.
  • Have fun and improvise when you’re unable to do what we do.
