DIABLO SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Enjoy the advantages of our semi-private program, with a maximum of 4 athletes per 8 week program. This program allows for focused and intentional training, ample coach interaction, and the opportunity to learn from and motivate one another. Additionally, by working out with the same cohort across all 16 sessions you will experience the added benefits of layered accountability.

  • Our semi private times are standard times and days.
  • Semi-private training ensures personal attention. In a small group, your coach can focus on you and help you meet your goals.
  • Whether or not you have goals already, your coach can help you make them concrete and achievable. Our coaches will design a plan to meet your targets in the time you want.
  • Not only will your coach help you transform your health, but they’ll teach you how to maintain those results in and outside of the gym.

Our Small Group Training program at Diablo CrossFit is designed to help you move better, get stronger, increase your work capacity and improve your body composition. CrossFit is a proven methodology for delivering the results you desire and our SGT program delivers the methodology to meet you at your current level. 

Our coaches have years of experience and training every level and ability of member and athlete: from 80+ year old grandparents to professional athletes. Diablo’s 18 years of operation and member experiences speak for themselves. And our SGT program delivers the best of our experiences in a very cool small group, dedicated coach format.

  • SGT2 – $789/mo (2 Classes Per Week plus Accessory & At-Home Workout Programming)
  • SGT3 – $989/mo (3 Classes per Week plus Accessory & At-Home Workout Programming)

CLASSES ARE LIMITED!

We offer two SGT Programs at Diablo: 2x a Week or 3X a Week. Both programs offer a dedicated coach, class time, and reserved space and equipment at Diablo CrossFit. For both programs, we’ll track your results for every workout  and provide you with daily feedback. Additionally, our SGT Coaches will provide you with accessory workout and mobility workout programming for the days that you’re not in the gym.
