Diablo Adventure Club – Flume Trail Ride
Over the Labor Day weekend, a few PH Diablo Coaches & members connected in Lake Tahoe to ride the Flume Trail – a great climb, an amazing view of the Lake, a dip in a mountain lake and a fun downhill. It was spectacular – and an awesome way to put our fitness to work outdoors to create a memorable life experience. Thanks Coach Jen and the Diablo Adventure Club for organizing. The Moxie crew connected on Labor Day to continue their tradition of CF Hero wods. This time it was the “Dallas 5“. More than 30 members hit the 9AM class showed for this one!

Team Series at Diablo!
Grab a partner and join the fun as we take on the annual CrossFit Team Series beginning Wed, Sep 19. Each week for 2 weeks, CF will announce several workouts to be completed. There are age group categories, MM, & MF groups. For those who want to join in the fun, we’ll get together on Friday evenings for one or two of the workouts. More information.
CrossFit Games Update
Big changes are in store for 2019, after the Morning Chalkup revealed the cancellation of Regionals and a change to the Open schedule (October). CrossFit made it’s first “official” announcement about the changes in a press release last week: Dubai Fitness Championship is now an official CrossFit Games qualifying event.
There are still many unanswered questions, but we expect more announcements in the coming weeks – and a release of the 2019 CrossFit Games Rules Book.
