Chris McCrary has been a member at Diablo CrossFit since 2010. He is 50 years old and has completed 6 Ironman Triathlons. He recently underwent partial knee replacement surgery and is already back in the gym working out! Chris is also the host and manager of the Devil Mountain Run in Danville, CA – now in its 40th year!
